Vela Ethan Quality Green Coffee Beans
Vela Ethan selects the best coffee beans grown mainly in La Convencion valley in the southern region of Cusco, and the Chanchamayo Valley in the central jungle of Peru. In order to meet the needs of abroad customers, we are divided coffee beans into different grades.
ORGANIC COFFEE
In our line of green coffee beans we have organic coffees; which have certification that benefits entire generations of producer families.
SPECIALTY COFFEE
Our specialty peruvian coffee is a selection of beans grown in rich ecological altitudes from 1200 to 1800 m.a.s.l; which are in harmony with nature and are characterized by their unique origins, special processes, flavor and pronounced aroma.

Maximum: 15 secundary defects
GRADE 2
Altitude: 800 – 1,400 m.a.s.l.
Maximum: 25 secundary defects
GRADE 3
Altitude: 800 – 1,400 m.a.s.l.
Maximum: 35 defects
GRADE 4
Altitude: 800 – 1,400 m.a.s.l.
