• Green coffee beans are agricultural products; a minor defect rate is considered normal.
• Returns or exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the defect rate exceeds 3% above the standard for the product.
• Vacuum seal damage due to shipping impact is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Promotional and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• No returns/exchanges for personal reasons once the product has shipped.
• Please verify product, quantity, and total amount before placing an order.
📦 Storage Recommendation
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Recommended conditions: 19–21°C (66–70°F) and 50–60% humidity.
📦 Receiving & Inspection
• Check quantity, item, and visible packaging damage upon delivery.
• Do not sign or accept the shipment if any obvious issue is found.

• Moisture content, water activity, and density are reference values only.
• Prices may fluctuate based on coffee futures, exchange rates, and inventory levels.

Vela Ethan supports global shipments of green coffee beans and cacao from our main fulfillment centers in Peru, Taiwan, and Shanghai. We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure secure and efficient delivery to our B2B customers worldwide.
🏭 Shipping Origin
• Orders may be shipped from one of the following locations, depending on product availability and destination:
• Peru Warehouse – for direct origin shipments and bulk orders
• Taiwan Warehouse – ideal for Asian-region deliveries
• Shanghai Warehouse – suitable for clients in East Asia and international re-export
📦 Order Processing & Export Timeline
• Export orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after full payment is confirmed.
• Shipping timeframes vary depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method (air, sea, or express).
• Customers may request shipment via their preferred freight forwarder or courier, or we can recommend reliable international logistics providers.
📑 Shipping Terms & Documentation
• All export shipments include commercial invoice, packing list, and basic customs declaration documents.
• Upon request, we can assist with CO (Certificate of Origin), phytosanitary certificates, SGS inspection reports, or other required export documents (additional charges may apply).

• Shipping costs will be quoted based on order volume, destination country, and delivery terms.
