    · Alto Urubamba is a cooperative dedicated to the cultivation and marketing of coffee and cocoa beans.

Has more than 47 years of production and commercial experience. Their purpose is to improve the quality of life of other partners and families, to ensure that they provide the best marketing channels for their products based on quality and price, and to give their crops the best care, professional advice and technical support.

They worked with 150 Aboriginal people to follow organic farm management practices that were in harmony with their cultural connection to the land. Producers usually only grow coffee on a few acres of land, all grown under the shade of trees, and grown with bananas, corn and beans.

The cooperative also provides financing, training and technical assistance to producers to improve coffee quality. The cooperative is committed to improving the quality of life of coffee producers and their families by selling coffee internationally, and earning higher premiums based on a reputation for quality and certification.
