The estate primarily grows two classic varieties: Typica and Bourbon. It employs the natural processing method to fully enhance the beans' inherent flavors. Coffee trees thrive under the shade of Inca trees, banana trees, and plantains, which not only provide optimal growing conditions but also contribute to biodiversity preservation and soil health. With an average annual rainfall of 1,800 mm, the climate ensures sufficient hydration for coffee trees.
